'Hitting Your Spots’ Pitching Clinic

Dominate the mental game on the mound. This pitching clinic will review proper mechanics, in-game strategies and learn drills for increasing velocity, spin, and power of all pitches. Participants will receive instruction consisting of intermediate and advanced techniques and concepts of pitching.

Location: Schaaf Athletics Complex: 6100 Cal Sag Road (Rt. 83) in Palos Heights. Entrance to complex off of Rt. 83 approximately one-half mile east of Ridgeland Avenue and softball diamond is located to the far west side.
